Job Overview

Miicon Solutions is a leading IT consultancy and software firm. We are looking for energetic and dedicated Sales Executives to promote and sell our specialized SaaS (Software as a Service) products. You will work directly on the ground, visiting business owners and offices to show them how our technology can simplify their operations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠  ⁠Door-to-Door Outreach: Visit businesses, shops, and corporate offices daily to introduce Miicon’s software solutions.
•⁠  ⁠Live Demonstrations: Explain the features and benefits of our SaaS products to potential customers.
•⁠  ⁠Sales Closing: Guide customers through the registration/subscription process to meet sales targets.
•⁠  ⁠Relationship Building: Maintain a professional and helpful attitude to build trust within the local business community.

Requirements
•⁠  ⁠Experience: Freshers are highly encouraged to apply; we provide full training.
•⁠  ⁠Technical Knowledge (A Plus): While not mandatory, candidates who have a basic understanding of how software works, mobile apps, or previous experience in IT/Tech sales will be given preference.
•⁠  ⁠Communication: Must be confident, well-spoken, and able to explain products clearly in Bengali.
•⁠  ⁠Physical Fitness: Ability to work outdoors and travel door-to-door throughout the day.
•⁠  ⁠Computer Knowledge: Basic skills with tools like Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other common software.
